Stetser History from 1976-2010

After we left Allentown this was our journey:
York PA, Bentley Creek PA (near Elmira), Westfield, PA, Hague NY (Lake George), Altona NY (above Plattsburg), Wilmington DE, Elmira, Suffern NY (Rockland County), Herkimer NY, Canandaigua NY and Buffalo.
Our journey involved these occupations:
York, PA (PB Youth Director, Becky @ Bon Ton), Bentley Creek PA (PB Asst Pastor, Becky daycare), Westfield & Hague (PB Pastor, Becky Pastor's wife and mommy), Altona NY (PB YFC-type pioneer, Becky hard working mom and home schooler), Wilmington DE (PB Urban Ministry Director for YFC, Becky Latch Key Program Director), Elmira (PB YFC Exec Dir, Becky Teacher and Floral Designer).
During those years I also became a NYS EMT, opened a Portrait/Wedding Photography Studio and taught Self Defense. After our last "hitch" in Elmira, God moved mountains (we'll explain later) and we entered The Salvation Army School For Officer Training in Suffern NY (Rockland County).
In June 2000 we were both ordained (TSA is cool like that!) and commissioned and appointed as Corps Officers/Pastors. The last 3 locations have been our appointments and we have been in Buffalo a little more than 2 years.Along the way we have 3 kids with the same last name (Jesi <1979>, Ben <1981>, Heather <1984>) and about 15 that we fostered over the years. One (Bubba) is still very much part of our family and is the large black man in the picture I will attach.Jesi is married to a great guy she met during our 6 years in Elmira and she is teaching at Elmira Christian Academy, her alma mater. Her hubby Dave served 2 tours with the Seabees in the Gulf and is now working for the post office. Dave and Jesi just presented us with our first grandson, Riese Lewis, on January 15. Ben is a CNA here in our area and is getting married May 8 (to Tami who has 3 kids). Heather is also a teacher (they both graduated from Roberts Wesleyan) and is also teaching in Elmira at ECA next month.
Bubba is a youth worker for Glove House in Elmira (do we detect a theme here??).
